Steven has successfully overseen a wide-ranging portfolio including ground-up commercial developments, high-end retail, restaurants, and medical buildouts.

Philip brings over 15 years of construction industry experience, beginning his career in the design-build field and developing a specialized focus on high-end retail.
Throughout his career, Philip has held the roles of Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Executive. He has extensive experience constructing retail spaces, commercial offices, and restaurants, and has developed deep expertise in the unique demands of luxury retail environments.
